How To Use ScissorComb
ScissorComb combines the simplicity of Tool Management and freeing up of second hand for cutting hair and grooming.
Step 1: orient ScissorComb with the tip pointing to the left and the finger rest facing upwards on the right.
*your THUMB will ALWAYS be inserted into the lower finger loop (D)
2: from here, there are multiple options on how to hold ScissorComb that promote a natural hold and comfort whilst using. This can also change depending on the cut or the area you want to trim.

Options:
1: Start with step 1, then place your index finger in loop A and then your middle finger in loop B. Then you can rest your ring finger on the finger at rest C.
2: Start with step 1, place and rest your index finger forward of loop A and then insert your middle finger in loop A and ring finger in loop B, then rest your pinky on the finger rest (C)
3: Start with step 1, then place and rest your index finger forward of loop A, middle finger in loop A, and then rest your ring finger onto loop B, and your pinky rests on C.
Once you have a comfortable grip on Scissorcomb, start by combing through the hair with the scissors closed at all times.
When you have identified the area of hair to cut, group the wet hair between your fingers of the opposite hand and open ScissorcComb to perform the cut. Continue on repeating to complete your cut.
For long hair or pets, ScissorComb allows you to comb and cut with one hand, freeing up the other hand, allowing you to calm child / pet or hold paws and ears.
- For their comfort and ease of use, we recommend using a detangler or brush-out spray on pets before using ScissorComb in case of matting in the coat.
